Wholeheartedly recommend Healing Paws! Dr.Thomas is thoughtful and thorough. She’s an invaluable resource to us as we embark on life with a puppy! Not only do we love her, our dog loves her!! The facility is state of the art and very comfortable. We feel so lucky & thankful to be at Healing Paws!

We moved here from NC where we had a great family vet and I was so nervous about finding a new vet for our dog and cat. We found Healing Paws after a terrible experience at a corporate vet chain left me desperately searching for a local, small veterinary clinic in the area. The first time I brought our dog in I knew right away Healing Paws would be our place. Everyone was so gentle and caring from Fernanda at the front desk to Dr. Thomas during her exam. Every time I go in I feel listened to and not “sold” to (if you have experienced this type of vet where everything is an up-sell you know what I mean). The team at Healing Paws is truly looking out for what is best for your pets, the service and care speaks louder than anything I could write in a review. If you’re looking for a great vet with great people, I can’t recommend Healing Paws enough. So glad to have found them!!

As a dog owner of two giant difficult crazy dogs for the past 8 years, and have moved to many cities since then: This is the BEST VET in the world!! I can't believe how lucky we are!! Dr. Lindsey Thomas is so kind, patient, and professional. She took so much time to just calm down our very nervous dogs. Our dogs usually freak out at any vet, but they loved it here, ate treats, and were actually quite relaxed! And, later, upon finding out that one dog needed antibiotics on a weekend, Dr Lindsey rushed to the building to meet us there and give us the medicine, even though technically they were closed that day! Oh, and she also let us held the kittens she was fostering. I am so happy I found this place!! Everybody, send your pets here!!

We’ve had such a positive experience at Healing Paws. Dr. Thomas and Dr. Carril are incredibly caring and compassionate. They truly put the animals first and treat them like the beloved family members they are. You can tell how much they genuinely care about their patients. The entire support staff is kind, attentive, and professional—it’s clear they’re all there because they love what they do. We simply adore Dr. Thomas and Dr. Carril, and we're thrilled they've opened their own practice! We first met them when we brought home our American Hairless Terriers, an uncommon breed rarely known to vets. This breed often has skin issues, and we have encountered these issues with both of our boys.

Dr. Thomas's specialty in dermatology has been invaluable throughout their lives, and Dr. Carril's experience with hairless animals has also been tremendously helpful. I'm a firm believer that things work out the way they're meant to, and of all the veterinarians we could have chosen when we brought home our boys, we feel the stars aligned when we connected with Drs. Thomas and Carril.

Both of our boys have been changed for the better through being treated by Dr. Thomas and Dr. Carril. They've been a blessing in our lives, and we would follow them anywhere!
