Everyone was extremely kind and accommodating. The staff goes way above and beyond for their patients, all the doctors I've met have been exceptional. I got in almost immediately despite arriving early, waited less than three minutes, and got my blood test results in less than 24 hours. Smoothest healthcare experience I've ever had.
Honestly, so far so good.
My visit was solid overall. The doctor was attentive, knowledgeable, and had great bedside manner. When I arrived for my appointment, the front desk and reception staff were kind, friendly, and welcoming.
I called back today—about three months after my initial visit—and Maria at the call center truly went above and beyond. She helped me update my referrals and sent my charts and office notes to the appropriate doctors’ offices. She also made sure everything we handled today was clearly documented so I wouldn’t have to re-explain the situation if I needed to call back again.
That level of attention and follow-through is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
