We ordered mostly noodle soup dishes, and they were flavorful in my opinion. They have 8 different types of noodles you can choose, and they have a little display that shows each type of noodle. Unfortunately, they do not have an official website, and their menu does not show it either, which would be helpful. The portions were not huge, but neither were the prices. Nice atmosphere inside; not too big and looked clean.
Very nice and authentic Taiwanese noodles and other dishes. I was so impressed and regretted that I didn’t come earlier. We ordered 蔥油乾麵 & 肉羹麵, and both were delicious. The staff were all very nice and friendly, and the atmosphere indoor was very Taiwanese, if you like all videos showing Taiwanese streets and programs and music all from Taiwanese singers. I would definitely come back whenever I feel nostalgic!
Very nicely renovated place. There’s not a lot of tables but it wasn’t too hard to get a table for lunch on Sat. They serve both noodles and rice, good range of options. We ordered the Mala beef noodles soup and the minced pork noodles soup. Loved them both and they tasted authentic. Overall nice service too (Taiwanese owned) and they serve really good hot tea. 5% off if you pay by cash. Will definitely be back again to try other food.
At first when I see the word "Noodle", I thought they would sell 炸醬麵. But of course, I noticed the place is Taiwanese food. NP. Their 肉羹麵. I order the big flat one (I think that is from 新東陽)。 The soup, 75% good. Why? Missing egg white and bonito shaving flavor. Would I come back? Only if i need Taiwanese food badly. I bought their frozen soup, squid one, it's cheaper and you can add what's missing at home. Price is reasonable. OLT, what's with the carrot in the soup? Is that a northern TW method?
Lovely Taiwanese eatery with a modern twist. Food imho could have a bit more depth flavor closer to authentic Taiwanese but the cleanliness, vibrant staff and very reasonable prices more than make up.
Small interior of just five tables, one window counter and some bar seats so good chance of waiting during weekend peak hours.
