I had a bad leak in my roof and needed to have my 20 solar panels removed and reinstalled in addition to a new roof. It was determined that I needed additional plywood put on 3/4 of the roof before the new shingles could be put on. The 9 member crew did an amazing job, paying attention to all details, from beginning to end. In addition, someone came to repair the damage from the leak, on my kitchen ceiling. He did everything perfectly and even put up a new fixture for me. I highly recommend Patzan Home Improvement for any and all jobs, big or small!

Pictures can’t even capture how beautiful the renovation turned out. Giovanni and his guys did an amazing job helping me put my dream space together. If you’re a designer and are particular with your designs then this company is perfect for you to have a renovation done with. They will make sure they can try their best to complete the task the way you would want them and came to work religiously on time everyday. They are genuinely good people and you can tell this company takes pride in their work. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough about these people! They exceeded every expectation. We hired them to replace our kitchen cabinets and replace the lights in four rooms and paint those rooms, as well as wallpaper a bathroom and install a lighted mirror in it. They worked hard, every day, full days, until the job was complete. They did it under three weeks! And every detail is perfect. Geovanni offered to address features we hadn’t thought of. And they charged a fraction of the amount of money that another contractor quoted us. They left our house, clean and dust free. The crew was professional and pleasant. We felt comfortable having them in our home even on days when we were not in the house. You can’t do better than to hire Pathan.
