I am planning a summer block party, for the first time, and when I spoke with Tony about my event, he was not only super knowledgeable and professional, but helped me with making the best choices for my party. Absolutely amazing!! I cannot thank you all enough for helping to make my son's Bar Mitzvah extra special. We had torrential rain and with the amazing folks at Preferred Events - you did not even know it was raining. The tent was secure and I felt at ease the entire day!!! Used Preferred Events again for my Halloween Party and could not have been happier!!! Everything was perfect. Above and Beyond! Joe and the entire Preferred Events staff were absolutely wonderful. They were attentive, caring, and full engaged in our wedding preparations, set-up and break down.

Our wedding took place at a beach house in Oak Beach, with the ceremony taking place about a 1/4 mile away at a local park. Let's just say, conditions were not ideal. We were dealing with 15-20 mile an hour winds and the threat of rain for the entire ceremony and reception, but everything that Joe handled was perfect, from flooring, to tents, tables, chairs, bars, etc,.from the ceremony to reception,. Joe even brought in extra workers to make sure that our tents were secure in the wind for our reception and assisted the florist in anchoring the arch that we got married under at the ceremony.

Let me give you a little insight into how Joe works for and with you as a customer. The Preferred Events staff began setting up three days prior to our wedding, laying down the subfloor to cover all of the sand in the backyard. The night before our wedding, at our rehearsal dinner, I was told I needed to call Joe and discuss a tent situation: I had forgotten to add an extra tent to our order in case it rained. Obviously, we were freaking out, being that it was the night before the wedding and we were theoretically short a tent. I called Joe, he calmed me down, kept me on the phone while he walked through his warehouse inventory and simply said at the end, "Jon, don't worry, we got this. This is what I do."

And with that, we were completely put at ease and confident that Joe was taking care of our wedding preparations. We were also reassured that we had definitely hired the right people, and for the right price. Everyone who saw our invoice said the prices were absolutely fair. There were no hidden fees, unexpected charges, or surprises in any way.

If we threw another party and needed rentals, I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else.

Thanks to Preferred Events for making our twin daughters' graduation party a success. The staff was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. I left the showroom feeling as if I knew everyone there for years. They had great suggestions and helped me make every decision down to the linens. Preferred Events was there for my wedding! Love the music the DJ played and friendly faces. They also offered great suggestions, for example instead of the bouquet toss we did an anniversary dance where all married couples where called to dance and through a series of announcements whoever was married the longest remained on the dance floor with me and my husband and then received the bouquet. His grandma was so touched it was perfect! They completely set up an awesome photo booth that printed two strips of every photo so we had a copy to keep! Did a wonderful job and always look out for our best interest during the big day!
