We had an amazing experience working with WD Builders Inc. on a major 6-month project. This was my first time ever doing a big construction like this and I had no idea regarding the amount of work and effort that goes into this. I added a second-floor addition to my home while also completely remodeling the interior of our home (from the basement till the second floor). From start to finish, William and his team were extremely professional, communicative, and detail-oriented. They kept us updated at every step, answered all of our questions quickly, and made sure the project stayed on schedule. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations, and the end result is incredibly beautiful. Every single person who comes to my home is blown away by the construction. It’s rare to find a construction team that is this reliable and easy to work with, and also incredibly professional! We couldn’t be happier with the results and would recommend William and his team to anyone looking to transform their home! Every member of his team is super hardworking, especially his supervisor Orlando who tended to our every need. William's wife, Susy, is also a great interior designer who guided us through the remodeling and gave us a lot of valuable ideas for the interior. William also went out of his way to do things that weren't included in my contract, just to make my construction more cohesive and beautiful. He is an extremely knowledgeable person and super helpful. Lastly, Marvin took great care of handling the exterior construction of my house such as the stone and siding. The service that you get from WD Builders is beyond more than what you asked for. I really appreciate all of WD Builders and I am extremely happy with my construction. In 6 months, the entire team became like our family and I greatly miss them. I wish this company the best!

If I could give more than a 5 star review I would. My daughter and her husband have used Marvin and the team from WD Builders in the past. They recommended that we use them for our project for which we needed a great team. We did hire them and it was the best decision we could have made.

My brother in law and myself thought this was a project we could do ourselves. We were going to repair a wall and window due to some water damage caused by a leaking central air conditioner. When we opened the wall around the window we realized there was more damage that we didn't anticipate. The damage would require removing/peeling back vinyl siding so we could replace the outer wall plus the need to replace sections of the top plates and a ceiling beam plus the replacement of a window. Not only did it become a big project, we also had a timeline in which we needed to complete the project with my daughter getting married in 3 weeks. The room needed to be ready for guests and pictures.

We called a number of contractors to get estimates. WD Builders provided not the lowest bid but a reasonable estimate for the work. We knew the quality of the work since he had done a large project at my daughter's house. The project started on a Thursday and was completed on Monday with the team taking off on Sunday at our request. Day 1 when there was significant work, both inside and out, to be done there were 4 workers plus Marvin overseeing the work. For days 2 and 3 there were 2 workers and the last day, day 4, there was only 1 who was finishing the painting. Marvin popped in and out of the project frequently and checked in with me multiple times a day. At the end of each day he advised what needed to be done the next day and when the team would get there. They were always on time and professional. There were things done during the project that I would have thought we would be looking at additional charges for but there was never an additional charge. They went above and beyond. Just an example- they were capping a window that was replaced during a previous project. The previous contractor had not capped it saying he couldn't get someone to do it for such a small job. I asked Marvin if this was something he could do since he was capping the new window he was putting in. He said he would handle it. During the work he was doing on it he pointed out that the window next to it would not match because it had different capping on it. The team replaced the capping with no additional charge.

The job was finished on time and the quality was amazing. Thank you Marvin and team for the hard work you put in to make the results outstanding! My family ( and myself) are very happy!

After meeting with over a dozen companies, we found William at WD builders and from the first meeting, we were impressed! His initial quote was detailed and thorough, it gave us so much clarity on how our reno budget was looking. The team worked extremely quickly and never made us feel like this process was dragging. William was so great to work with, he always prioritized quality over everything which gave us so much comfort throughout. Our home is absolutely stunning all thanks to the team at WD!

Full disclosure, I am a REALTOR, but I can assure any potential customers that prior to hiring Marvin to do my siding, I had no relationship with him. This review is honest and unbiased from my experience as a client of Marvin's.

1. Professionalism
I feel this is one of the most important and underrated qualities of a contractor. Marvin gave me honest pricing that did not increase throughout the course of the job. He never upcharged me for small incidentals and never attempted to upsell or pressure me. He was always on time. He picked up the phone every time I called. He communicated and the start, end, and throughout each work day. He did a follow-up call with me to make sure I was satisfied 1 and 2 weeks after completing the job.

2. Quality
His work is impeccable. Truly, everything was done to the highest standard. No corners were cut. He would even stop and call me to show me existing damage (see photos) before proceeding. He would not put new siding up over damaged construction, which I appreciate. He fixed everything and went beyond the level I expected. He genuinely wants to protect my home, family, and my investment.

3. Pricing
He was beyond fair. Easily worth it without question. In my experience, the people charging less would not perform to the same degree or with the same precision and care. Even upon interviewing the other 7 contractors for quotes and asking questions, many didn't give the same reassurances Marvin did. Those that charge more always felt like they were trying to find out how much money I had in total before quoting me and then trying to get me to spend it all at once on renovation. Marvin did a detailed breakdown and, again, stuck to his quote and timeline, delivering beautiful results.

Do yourself a favor and call this company. Ask to work directly with Marvin, and you will be beyond happy.
