I genuinely have never had a better experience at a doctor’s office in my life!!! From the wonderful receptionist to the lovely lady who did my preliminary testing, to the actual sit-down with the great Dr. Michael Politi himself—everyone was so kind, friendly, and went above and beyond.

Especially for an early morning appointment, the entire staff was incredibly helpful. As someone who had never been to an eye doctor before, they took the time to explain what each test was for, using both clear language and images to help me understand what was going on.

I often feel rushed during doctor’s appointments, but this experience was completely different. I truly felt cared for. Dr. Politi took his time examining me and my situation, and rather than trying to offer a quick fix, he took thoughtful steps to ensure I received the proper help and attention I needed.

I knew I had an amazing experience when I left the appointment feeling happier than when I walked in—especially considering that the news I received about my condition wasn’t ideal. Despite that, I left feeling positive, hopeful, and genuinely happy knowing I was in good hands with people who truly care. They even asked that I stay in touch and update them on my situation after leaving the office.

Without a doubt, I would recommend Dr. Politi and his entire office to anyone. Infinite stars out of 10! 🌟

Dr. Politi is so engaged and uses an office visit to educate his patients, sharing his enthusiasm for and superior knowledge of his specialty. He carefully monitors and tracks areas of concern, explaining eye issues he observes and discusses treatment options.

The office is equipped with state of the art equipment and offers cosmetic procedures which are done by the doctor himself and not an esthetician. The staff make you feel welcome and go out of their way to accommodate patients with emergency issues. It is so rare to find a doctor of this caliber and I appreciate his continued treatment. Strongly recommend.

Dr Politi has been extraordinarily knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes his time to answer all my questions. His skills are top notch. I will recommend him to all my family and friends because he will take care of them like the way he cares for me! We need more doctors like him. He sets the bar really high for his profession.

So grateful for Dr. Politi. My brother was having unusual symptoms and he was able to know exactly what it was - which was technically outside of eye care - and gave us the exact diagnosis of what an mri confirmed weeks later. He is healthy thank goodness and we are so grateful we went to Dr. Politi. I have a philosphy that sometimes its not the area of expertise that matters, it is the doctor that truly matters. I always want someone whos willing to listen, be open minded and think outside of the box. He checks ALL the boxes!

Dr. Politi has an excellent bedside manner—calm, compassionate, and attentive. His secretary and the entire staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to speak with me during an emergency, even though I wasn’t his patient. I truly appreciated how helpful and informative he was during such a stressful moment. Outstanding care all around!
