    Service is always quick, easy, friendly, courteous, and most importantly honest. I dropped off my Bentayga on a Monday 7am for a flat repair and they got me in immediately, updated me when it was done. I used them many times for my Model S services and they never disappoint.

    This is such a fantastic shop with honest and hardworking staff who go the extra mile on your car. Chase specifically has been fantastic, responsive, knowledgeable and extremely kind and did a great job on my 911. I cannot recommend him and the business more highly. Chase also went to great lengths to explain how different part of the car works to me which meant a lot to me as someone who is curious and always wants to learn more. A+

    I used to use them all the time (7+ years) and they were professional, honest and fair. Now they changed management and they don't know how to deal with customers. A simple oil change and inspection are now difficult to find time for and the new manager is hard to find and talk to.

    It was clear from my brief experience at Preferred Auto Service that these guys are honest and definitely have the customer’s best interests in mind. Example 1: The manager Carlos gave me the price quote on the part that I needed and it was over $250. He told me it seemed expensive and suggested I look elsewhere. He gave me the part number and I found it online for $70! I ordered it right to the garage and they installed it in less than an hour. Example 2: I went to pick my car up after they were closed and my battery had died. Victor has just closed up the shop and was on his way home. He saw that my personal jumper didn’t have enough juice. He insisted on letting me try his. When his didn’t work, he re-opened the shop to get the big jumper which worked like a charm.

    Knowledgeable and very friendly staff. As busy as they are, they always have time to answer a question or to make a quick repair. We are very happy with the repairs to our Mercedes and Jaguar. Would never consider bringing our cars anywhere else!
