I cannot say enough good things about Premier pools. I had numerous quotes from other companies but once I met Serena I knew that I was is good hands. They were honest and kept their word throughout the process. The whole team was amazing from handling the permit process to connecting me with the electricians and masons. I found Premier Pools online and after reading some reviews, reached out for a quote. Almost immediately I received a text from Phil who introduced himself and we quickly set up a meeting to go through the backyard space. Phil arrived very well prepared, took measurements and walked us through all the broad strokes. We took our time to come to the realization that we were indeed ready for a pool. Phil put us at ease answering all of our questions and offering his expertise. His emotional intelligence was not like we have ever seen on a sales person. My wife had broken her foot and since we could not visit the show room to see samples, Phil came with samples, books and sketches a few times as we made changes to the design. He was patient and caring and we trusted him.

When the pool schedule started, the Premier Pool foreman, President and teams would come to the house to make sure the work was being done. This was not a Sell and forget the client kind of deal. The teams were very visible and worked very quickly. The weather caused delays but once the sun was out, the work continued. Everything was neat, minimal garbage, and well communicated each time something was done or going to be done.

The Premier Pool Office team was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the flow of work and permits. Working very closely with Liz and Michele was a delight. I had questions and fears but they walk us through everything.

At one point, I noticed something was not right with the pool liner and the President of Premier Pools, Anthony, answered and had someone over to correct the issue within a few hours.

All I can say is that Premier Pools has made us very happy. We still have a few more things to finish (pavers) before looking "Look Book" ready but we couldn't be more elated with the entire process.

Amazing company!! This is the only company that took the time to really understand our needs and work with us. Serena was so amazing and extremely patient as we changed our mind several times during the process. She supported us and helped us get through all our decision struggles. Buying a pool is a huge investment that takes time and Premier gave us all the time we needed to make the right decision. Thank you for giving us our dream pool.

From start to finish, Premier Pools was exemplary. The contractors they use are professional and cautious to your property. They definitely know what they are doing. The staff at Premier are courteous and informative through every step of construction/process, as well as exemplary in executing the project. A job well done. We are very happy!
