I have been with this practice for 6 years. If you read other reviews here, you may see some comments about the front staff. The staff has changed and I can say that they are super helpful and kind (especially Amanda) and it has been a real turnaround in my experience. I love both doctors (one is an allergist) and now that the office staff is caring and competent, I’m not considering switching. They are also offer very convenient hours and I’ve usually been able to get a sick appointment the day I need it, avoiding visits to PM pediatrics (urgent care). I’ve even done telemedicine appointments which has been great. I highly recommend.
(They also have rapid PCR covid tests which has been a huge benefit.)
UPDATE: practice has moved to white plains Ave near (the old) Lord & Taylor and combined with another practice. So far, very happy with staff and new docs. Though I still see Dr Haberman for our physicals, we saw a different doctor for an acute condition and I was extremely impressed with her ability to gain my 7year old’s trust. We were in and out pretty quickly and seen same day for an ear infection.
The doctor is not bad - we haven't used other pediatricians but have no complaints, really. I'm taking off stars because they're incredibly slow. Whatever time your appointment is, expect to wait 30 min to even see the nurse who takes basic measurements.
They're managed by Boston Children's Health Physicians. BCHP is terrible, will constantly send bills to try to get you to pay beyond what you are supposed to. I have to call my insurance company multiple times for every single visit, and the insurance concierge service keeps telling them that they're not supposed to bill. Stay away from any docs affiliated with BCHP, it's a headache.
