This store has the most amazing staff and are extremely helpful. They have helped me many times pick out the right gifts for my family. I had an extenuating circumstance recently and they were so accommodating and very nice to me. The selection is fabulous and I highly recommend this location of Ruby and Jenna. The stores are not all the same.
They have a cute selection of stuff, and the only reason I drove 40 mins to get to this place is that my bf bought me some fits that I needed different sizes in, but I landed up spending 350$ extra. I asked if I could use the ladies' room, and she said no, and I was told to go to the other business establishment next to theirs. Not sure how that would work because I didn't spend the money at the other business establishment smh 🤦♀️ The three stars are for the cute collection, the customer service not so much. I wouldn’t be back for sure!
Cute clothes but overpriced and bad customer service
