We lost our heat on Friday night. Mike came Saturday morning and replaced the Thermalcouple. While the price was high, I consider it reasonable for a Saturday call on such short notice. Great Company. Mike was great. We will use them again for other work.

Our technician Dave was very nice and very informative. We weren’t very familiar with the new boiler and he answered any questions that I had. He did the work quickly and efficiently.
I also liked that I received a text before he came with a picture of who was coming. These days you can never be too safe.
We will definitely be contacting this company in the future for any of our boiler needs!

Called at 11:00am on a Friday and Mike was here by 1:30pm. I loved that I got a text with Mike’s picture and a phone call letting me know he was on the way. I have little dogs that I need to lock away. He clearly explained exactly what needed to be done with upfront pricing. He finished the job efficiently and correctly…really appreciated it.
