I recently had my 40th year high school reunion in Bohemia. After an evening of drinks 3 of us decided to get sustenance at Saviano's. I must say that we were "those people" who came in very close to closing time. The ENTIRE staff was accommodating and professional and we didn't realize that we were there so late. We got full attention, were not rushed and the food was AMAZING! I had the chicken Marsala and it was among the best I've had. Kudos to the owners and/or managers. Great service, great food and fantastic time catching up with a couple of old high school friends. ❤️

Called for a reservation, but they do not offer that option, so that was disappointing. Upon arrival, the very sweet, helpful hostess at the podium said it would be about a 20-minute wait. We waited maybe 10 minutes and were seated at a booth, which we requested, which was nice. My husband tried a slice of regular pizza for an appetizer, and he said it was excellent. He ordered the veal parmagiana and penne with meat sauce. The veal portion was generous, with 2 large veal cutlets. He enjoyed it. I had the Seafood Oreganata, which included 4 shrimp, 4 baked clams, and a piece of flounder stuffed with crab meat and scallops. It was delicious. I had a salad instead of pasta as a side. Our server was also friendly and provided great service; drink refills were quick. For a busy Friday night during Lent, we had an overall wonderful experience.
