I had a service appointment with Sayville Ford today & Kenya was my service advisor. I cannot express enough what a lovely person she is. She made the whole appointment an enjoyable visit. She was professional, extremely friendly, courteous & kept me updated the entire time. I live closer to other Ford dealerships but will continue to service my vehicle at Sayville Ford due to Kenya’s work ethic. She is truly a great asset to that dealership.

I could not find a spare tire hoist for my 2018 F-150 until a parts store gave me the actual part number. After plugging the number into Google I found a Ford dealership that had it, in California. In New York I contacted Sayville Ford through a parts form on their website. They called me back within an hour and said the part would be available for pickup the next day. It was and I am happy to say I installed it later that day. Great service!
