Great place for all your truck equipment needs. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a wide selection of parts for trucks plows and other equipment in stock. They also have a great repair facility with knowledgeable mechanics to get done anything you are looking to have taken care of.
The service guys are awesome. The Salesman doesn't like people with dark skin than his. So it's a very uncomfortable place with him around. But other than that the service guys are the best.
I first went to Suffolk Brake after thinking I popped a wheel cylinder and losing all my rear brake fluid leaving no pedal in my 15 foot box truck.
Though they priced out a brake job for my dual rear wheel vehicle and wheel cylinders, when I returned the price was almost $200 less than what they had originally suggested.
They said I didn't need to replace brake shoes or wheel cylinders and only charged me for replacing broken brake line, cleaning and adjusting the brakes, bleeding the brakes and refilling the master cylinder
How many places are THAT honest???
The expertise by this professional truck shop is unmatched on Long Island. With their large facility and parts in stock, there is nothing Artie and the boys can't do. The service was scheduled, managed and completed expeditiously. I give them a 10.
