It pays to stop in here even if you don't need anything just to see what means a supply house with real service.. from the counter to the warehouse 👍
This location is the better of the franchise. Very polite people here. Very clean facility. Friendly environment, good place to catch a cup of coffee.
I rented a floor sander from Schmidts . After renting it and getting it home it was to strong for my floors. So i was unable to use it. Upon return i was not charged. Without asking the management said it only rite. I was very surprised and impressed.
I recently dealt with a warranty issue regarding a product purchased at Schmidt's and their staff worked extremely hard with the manufacturer to make it right. Great, great customer service! Schmidt's maintains a high level of professionalism and integrity. I would highly, and without reservation, recommend Schmidt's to anyone!
