Safe BIG park with people who really care about dogs - toys to play with, picnic tables, lounge chairs - it's a social fun time. Best between 12 and 4 most afternoons

Annoyed that this was my dog's first experience with a dog park. Within seconds an owner suggested I take my dog off leash. While we know this is helpful for dog anxiety my newly adopted dog was unfamiliar with park. As was I with owners and dogs present. My dog was adjusting with leash on but loose. Within minutes the same woman who suggested me to drop my leash had her two dogs push boundaries with my pup and eventually sprawled. Luckily, no dogs were hurt but just because your dog is off leash you should he close enough to them to control them. Best yet some weird lady came up to me to give me advice on where my dog should be. My dog's not aggressive but will protect itself and protect it's boundaries. I was close enough to my pup to handle the situation. I wish I could say the same for the other owners. The park was dirty with broken glass and question as to what myself or dog would step on. I'd pass and take somewhere else. What should have been a fun new adventure turned to a bizarre day.

Great little dog park — separate big and small dog areas are fully enclosed. Nice people and dogs each time I’ve visited.

First impression is fine as I've never been to a dog park before. The people are nice. Definitely lot of regulars. Lots of space for the dogs to run. Access to clean water.
