Luis/SSKM was highly recommended to me, by a local builder. He came and inspected my 23 y/o roof with me. He pointed out several problems and damaged areas that weren’t so obvious to me, and underlying ones that were from leaks. He came back and his men tore off the entire roof in 1/2 day, and repaired most of the damage. Second day he finished by installing 8 sheets of plywood, including new soffits front and rear, and an EPDM membrane (used on flat roofs) for our sunroom roof that was very low pitch. Luis also used synthetic roofing paper and ice shields, new drip edges, and boot pipes. He covered all of our AC condensers during to protect, and cleaned up very well. Overall their workmanship was top notch and the job looks great. We’ve already gotten compliments from our neighbors. Lastly, Luis is a gentleman who’s easy to work with. He responds to texts and emails promptly. I Highly recommend him!

SSKM Construction replaced the roof on my house. Luis picked up the first time I called. He set up a time for a roof inspection and had an estimate to me within a few days. He handled the building permit (a big relief). On the day of the job, he and his team were there right on time. It took two days to complete. When finished, the property was clean and everything looked great.

I recently had my large deck completely demolished and rebuilt by SSKM, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! The Luis and his team, were incredibly fast, clean, and efficient. They were respectful of my home throughout the entire process and addressed all my questions and concerns. The job was completed in just two days, which was impressive given the size of my deck. They expertly installed the flooring, steps, and handrails, and once finished, they ensured every bit of debris was cleaned up. On top of all that, the pricing was very fair.
