Love this store and the family owners! Every time I come in here I learn something new. The seasonal remedies are especially helpful just ask… I’ve already sent 5 friends and family back for the same!
I called to ask some questions and all I can say is WOW! The customer service from the store owner was absolutely incredible...I own a marketing agency and we dream about working with clients who run their businesses like this! My fiancé was sick & they jumped through hoops to help me in no time! I can't thank you enough for your kindness & professionalism! As a local St. James resident I will always refer and shop with you!
I love this store! They carry every product I use and will order anything they may not carry. The owner Karen, is truly passionate about her work AND her customers. I have learned so much from her. I can’t even count the times she has given me her advice on what my body needs to be healthy at any given moment. Honestly, I call Karen before I call my Doc! The prices are great too but even if something is a few pennies more I would rather come here just for all of the information they offer before I buy anything. A few times Karen even told me not to buy a product because I really don't need it. You can't beat that kind of honesty! Costco, BJ’s and Amazon can’t do that! I really cannot say enough about this wonderful store. Honesty, knowledgable, quality and kindness. That’s what you get at St.James Nutrition! Thank you guys for all the good you put out there! :-)
The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They have a good variety of products even though it's a small shop.
