Suffolk Center for Rehab

I want to give a "shout out" to the staff of the Suffolk Center. When you see the hard work, day in/day out, of the staff trying to take care of sick and vulnerable patients, you realize what's involved and give credit where credit is due. I AM VERY GRATEFUL that the Suffolk Center was able to control Covid. I AM VERY GRATEFUL that the Suffolk Center has helped a friend of mine to be comfortable when old and sick. I think her medical care is quite good. Generally, the staff is responsive and tries hard. Suffolk Center is not luxurious. But I've been to a number of rehab and nursing facilities and I hear complaints even at the best. I can name a few people on the staff who have "angel" status in my heart, but I'm sure everyone could name a few favorite people - each different than those named in some of the other reviews. So THANK YOU Suffolk Center staff and keep up the good work.

My dad lived the last three years of his life at Suffolk Center. During his stay at the facility, he never had a cold, the flu, no infections of any kind and in three years he was never hospitalized.My Father was unable to walk and had to be fed all of his meals. His weight was always very stable and so was his over-all health during his time there. The aids and the nurses treated him very well . The rooms are nothing fancy , my dad health and well being is all that mattered to me. Even though he was unable to walk he Never had a bed sore. Very satisfied with his overall care..

Want to thank the staff for there kindness and professionalism. And putting up with my Dads constant yelling.. (nurse) all night long.
During the three years he lived there I saw improvements in the facility ,remodeling,with the staff, cleanliness, and even the food.
