Visiting and calling are always smooth sailing events. Other doctors do not answer the phone ever, and when you arrive at the office, most receptionists are overworked and cranky, making it a less-than-great experience, adding to the stress of going to the doctor's. In Dr Gupta's office, it is a different world. Everyone is ALWAYS kind and they ALWAYS answer the phone by the third ring!!!!
Dr. Gupta was thourough and made us feel like we were listened too. Suggested tests that had not been done, but seemed necessary in finding out the cause of my husbands gastro problems.
