I contacted the owner because I wanted to verify the colors before I purchased. He sent me pictures immediately and made my shopping experience with his company super fast and easy. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I received the order. The prices are fantastic and honestly I didn't know what to expect as far as quality but they are really great. This is now my thermal label supplier. Owner is wonderful.
Lance went above and beyond with customer service. We had an issue with an order that was my fault and Lance jumped on it and made it right. Prices are great and superb customer service! I will be buying all my label products from Thermal Labels Xtra from now on.

i don't why I didn’t make a review sooner and i must have forgotten, but this retail outlet is a godsend. i requested 1x1 synthetic freezer grade labels. labels work fantastic and at an affordable price
