Master Chris's classes are awesome very intense and 45 minutes strong plenty cardio and fitness training as well if your looking for a sweat this is your place to be !!
Amazing environment, great instructor. My daughter has improved so much with her jujitsu and kick boxing skills. Prices are very reasonable.

Master Chris is amazing and all around a wholesome person. All my children, as well as every other kid, teen and adult I see there; all adore him. He really knows his stuff,and can read individual people(children); and able to adjust to their needs when it comes to teaching and instructing.
Not only will you be versed in whichever form of martial arts you'd like to venture into, but you'll bring home a better version of yourself everything you meet 🤌
My boys have been going for several months and we see such an improvement in their overall confidence. Chris is awesome with all of the kids and really knows how to motivate them. We're very happy with our decision to join VMA.
