I came into the store today for a return, unfortunately I misplaced my receipt and I ordered my items online. Lenny and Jesse were having a hard time with the system and taking back my items. Not once did they say we can’t do it or gave up. They did everything they could to process my return and refund my money. They were so kind and polite and really tried to do everything possible to help me and they did!!!
AMAZING service ! I’ve never had sales associates try this hard to process a complex return!! I’m very pleased!
