I have never needed glasses before, and Jessica was outstanding. I had to come into the center a little late, and she waited for me. She was warm and welcoming, explained exactly what I needed for my new prescription glasses, and showed me what could help while I waited for my order to arrive. She was amazing, and I will definitely be bringing my business to Walmart Optical in Mohegan Lake. Thank you to Jessica and the entire staff.
The team welcomed me with open arms and made the experience, not as scary as I was making it out to be. The doctor explained everything to a T to help me understand what was going on and what she had to do. And at checkout, Jessica helped me pick out frames. That went well with my head got me in and out of there, and I was still got to work on time. The team is amazing. Highly recommend going to see them especially your first time having to get an eye exam.
Love the vision center! the females Jessica and Annmarie always have a smile to their face. A warm welcome in every visit. Dr. Levchik is just as great, very professional and easy to talk to. Never rushes the appointment like some other doctors. She's great.
I had the most comprehensive vision exam I've had in a very long time at Walmart Vision Center in Mohegan Lake, New York. The optometrist took her time and explained everything, I was very happy with the technicians who helped me pick out beautiful, designer frames. The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish.
Had a great experience! Very impressed with the Dr., the manager Jessica, and the brand new very high tech equipment!! The doctor was lovely. She was incredibly knowledgeable & thorough. Jessica helped me find the perfect purple frames and took care of all the insurance processing. This was my initial visit and it could not have been any better.
