I visited the Knife Museum with my 16-year-old son and we had a great time! The staff were very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about local history, from Native Americans and Dutch settlers. It was an engaging and educational experience, and I highly recommend it to both local residents and tourists.
FREE ! Excellent displays, expert and friendly staff. Thoroughly enjoyed learning local history and seeing many many diverse knives and sword collection. Expect to spent 1-1/2 to 2 hours learning. I was happy to make a donation to support the project which the staff has put their heart and own finances into.
This was a great example of fascinating local and manufacturing history that is sadly leaving the northeastern US. It may seem like an obscure part of our national history, but it was vital to the building of this country. It’s wonderful that these folks volunteer their time to preserve our past. We loved it!

What an awesome place! So much history in our area and the knife museum is awesome! They also sell knives. I picked up a piece of history!
