The food and atmosphere here are both very nice. Most of the food was flavorful and well-prepared — the ceviches were especially delicious, full of vibrant flavor. The drinks were also great. However, I would not recommend the guacamole. It was literally just mashed avocado — no onion, tomato, cilantro, or seasoning. Very bland and disappointing compared to everything else we had.
We did have an issue with the service. We ordered another appetizer that never arrived, and about 55 minutes into our meal, the waiter came by and asked if we were going to order anything else. We were still eating and drinking, so I assumed maybe the kitchen was closing, but it was only 7:30 PM. When I said we weren’t ready to order more at that moment, he cleared our table — and then told us we couldn’t order anything else because the table was reserved for someone else. This was very confusing and disappointing, especially since the restaurant was still more than half empty.
We had ordered a lot, and I had planned to order another drink, possibly dessert. Instead, we were rushed out in a very unprofessional way. It left a bad impression, and while the food (aside from the guacamole) was excellent, this experience really changed how I feel about coming back. I ended up going to another nearby spot to finish the night. It’s a shame, because I genuinely enjoyed the food and drinks, but the service made it hard to want to return.
Came here with a friend on a beautiful September afternoon. Sat inside and got some Happy Hour drinks . I think the frozen or regular Margarita was $7 and $2 extra for flavor. I got a coconut frozen Margarita with tajin which made it a bit spicy. My friend enjoyed his regular Margarita. The best drink was the frozen Caipirinha with lime and mint . Wow ! That is delicious. Also had guacamole and chips with 3 different colors of chips . Pretty tasty and came with Pico de Gallo too. Staff are extremely friendly and cool . This is a lively place with a great Latin soundtrack. Probably good for Birthday parties too . I was here at 3pm on a Friday and Happy Hour was in effect (even at the tables. )
The service was okay. I gave it a 3-star rating because I have been here before and have gotten better service than this. The atmosphere was loud, and it felt like I was screaming the whole time. It was a hot Friday afternoon with no fan or AC. I usually order a coconut mojito, but I decided to order something different and was unsatisfied. The food did not disappoint; it was delicious and cooked well. The yucca fries do not disappoint. Our waitress told us we only had an hour and 30 minutes; however, it was not busy besides a few tables around us.
A good experience for sure… good customer service and food was seasoned well… drinks were nice as well..
Had the chicken empanadas, French fries, two salmon dinners and yuca tai drinks and mule.
Don’t have pic of the chicken empanadas but they were tasty they cut the empanada into four pieces. The two sauces provided that orange one is so good not sure what it was either forgot to ask!!
Think the bathroom needs a change but everything else was great
The waitress was so cute she gave two shots because it was anniversary
Loved this place. I had been here a few years back. They did a lovely renovation to the restaurant. The art work is very nice. The space is vibrant. They have a great Happy Hour. The service is very good. The drinks are very good. Their food is equally delicious. I will definitely be back.
