The chef did an excellent job preparing the meal. Cooked to perfection! This the first time I stepped in this place! Nice quiet place to eat, I went during lunch time. Definitely will go back here again... ❤️
very cute and homey family restaurant. great seafood at reasonable prices, dinner had large portion sizes with side salad and several sides included. lovely attentive waitstaff

Broiled scallops were delicious. Plenty of wonderful side dishes to go with your meal.
The 16 ouze prime rib was cooked to perfection.
The fried calamari was delicious.

I dropped by Balch’s because they’re the only place in Pike County that does Oktoberfest specials for the entire month. I got the schnitzel and my father got goulash and it was followed by German chocolate cake that’s made in House. The food was fabulous and transported me back to my time in Germany. I would highly recommend t that everybody goes to Balch’s in October and to try the German food.
