Typical best buy ... Very clean, maintained, and well stocked.
I was looking for a specific item and a sale rep approached and asked if he could help, which I accepted. The item was hard to find but the rep was very friendly and helpful. Eventually we found the item and the rep helped me with check out and seeing if there were any additional rebates.
Overall great experience
Went in to get some info on a new comp that I had been researching. Went in spoke to Ted. Showed him what I was looking at. He answered my questions and made me feel confident in my decision. I was in and out in no time with my new computer. Very happy. Ted was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I bought my last computer almost 10 years ago from best buy. Great deal and great svc.
