We never felt pressured or that we were being oversold during the sales process. The installation technicians, Ryan and Rick, were incredibly professional, efficient and informative. The entire installation process, including monitoring instructions, was completely nonintrusive and took a total of only 4 or 5 hours. The peace of mind we now have is well worth the expense which was actually significantly less than we expected. The end of my internet saga… so my husband had a meeting & couldn’t get on the internet & no video games for anyone. I basically was packing my red & white scarf to put on a hobo stick… BUT… I called Jon 360 Tech Solutions who very kindly came over to check out the situation & FIXED IT!!! OH YES HE DID!!
He came back today to set up other equipment to make the house fully internetable, (I think I’ve invented a new word!) & now… everyone in my family thinks I’m cool again! Even the guinea pigs! I can’t say enough good things about 360! Very professional, fast & knowledgable. Jon has probably saved my marriage, my sanity & proved that I really shouldn’t be touching important stuff I know nothing about. I wasted a whole day & lots of money (that I got back when I returned the items). 360’s pricing is really reasonable ~ I should have just called Jon in the first place… Once our event venue is up & running I’ll be calling him again!
