I was there for the first time shortly before Christmas and I must say the ladies are so sweet !! Very helpful !
Love Chicos! Clothes are comfortable and well made and the sales associates are so helpful and don't push you to buy anything! Very pleasant experience. And the best thing is I'm only a size 2. LOL 🤣 (actually I'm a 14, but the way they size things I'm only a 2.)
It took me a long time to go back to Chicos again. But this time, I was not invisible.
A friendly and helpful woman named Marla greeted me and set up my dressing room. When I was trying things on, she checked to see if I needed anything, going back-and-forth to get different sizes.
I came out with a smile and some beautiful pieces.

I have been shopping the Langhorne store for years. Always greeted with a smile and politeness. I called today and spoke with Denise on the phone. She was very rude and sarcastic. She eventually was able to help me but I sure hope she treats others with the kind and professional manner that she should use. Thank you.
