I am merely a girl who loves her underwear and perfume. While they may have faced backlash for their previous models and advertising, you can't argue with the quality. This location is always well stocked, not too busy, and well priced for the quality. I have two of their bras that were purchased for $50 each. It may seem a bit pricey, but they lastttttttttt. I will forever be a VS girlie.
I also love their selection of perfumes. I have Bare and would highly recommend it to anyone! It lasts the whole day, smells amazing, and has longevity. I have had the same bottle for almost a year and haven't run out, even after using pretty much each day. Their roller perfumes are also an amazing choice if you are looking for something a little cheaper.
Today I was greeted INSTANTLY UPON ENTERING by 🫶PATTY and ARIA!🙌 Let me tell you, these ladies need to recognized by corporate for being EXCELLENT, KIND, and providing WONDEFUL customer service!
I'VE NEVER had a positive experience at any other Victoria Secret, they are always standoffish and annoyed looking, BUT NOT YOUR OXFORD VALLEY LOCATION..
Patty and Aria both treated me like a queen being fitted for a bra, I've literally never felt more comfortable or at ease in any store like this. They even tended to my husband and baby son who were wandering the store.
Please recognize these ladies for going above and beyond, bc ultimately they are great at selling bras!
Recently went there to purchase a specific bra I had in mind & needed more help than I thought. Amber assisted me the entire time and was very knowledgeable when it came to bras, I ended up buying a better bra versus what I came in for. She was patient, kind & I didn’t feel rushed or that I was bothering her with all the help I needed. Retail stores all need employees like her!
