My husband and I saw a vehicle online (used Volvo XC60) we were interested in. On the Saturday after Christmas we called the dealership and were lucky enough that Jadalyn picked up the phone. We asked her to check availability of the car we saw online and she confirmed it was still available, and set us up to come in for a test drive at 3pm that day. When we got there the car was out front ready to go. We took a test drive, had great back and forth with her during the ride where she pointed out all of the different features of the car, but also asked questions getting to know us while telling us about her self. It made us really comfortable with her and she was incredibly knowledgeable about the car and its features. We knew we wanted to move forward with the car so we began the process as soon as we got back to the dealership. We had a number in mind we wanted to pay per month, and Jadalyn, her manager and the finance team helped us get there. We left comfortable and confident in our decision, and incredibly excited for our new vehicle. The team stayed late making sure we left in a car that was fully detailed and ready to go for us. On a Saturday night after Christmas, we appreciated their dedication. The car was pristine and we never felt like they were rushing us along to get out of there on a Saturday night. Highly, highly recommend Fred Beans Kia, and when you call please be sure to ask for Jadalyn. When buying a car you want to feel that the person you’re working with is genuine, understanding, non judgemental and has your best interests in mind, and that is her 100%. We cannot recommend her and FB Kia more when looking for a new or used vehicle!!!
Awesome people, my sales rep was michael he wasn't pushy made some common sense suggestions even took my wife and I over to a sister dealership to compare the 2 cars next to each other.
Alex the Financial Rep made it easy and pain free even got me a lower rate then I got from my credit union. Only thing that was missing was a beer thats how relaxed we were

Joe at Langhorne was great to work with. Knew everything about the car, did not over sell and try to push me into something different, and made the leasing process extremely easy for a first time leaser. Will definitely be going back when the lease is up.
By far one of the easiest vehicle purchases I have ever made!! Joseph was polite and helpful. Alex was very personable and funny!! No pressure, no haggling, and I pretty much did the entire transaction online and by phone. All I had to do was test drive, sign, and go.
