Coming from a Acura ecosystem I had a lot of uncertainty at first; but once convinced that a Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness was what I needed for my personal projects, I went for it...

We needed a car on short notice so we bought a used Subaru here but we won't deal with them again. As others have mentioned, the place seems tired and nobody was very engaged, just sitting at their own desks scrolling on their phones.
The car was supposed to be Certified Pre-Owned but several obvious issues arose within a month that make me think they didn't inspect it as thoroughly as the Subaru certification program specifies. One was an expensive repair that I ended up paying for out of pocket because I live pretty far away and didn't feel safe driving it. I brought it back with receipts to see if they could split the cost with me and the manager looked me in the eye and basically just said "no"... no negotiation or offer to help in any way. I learned from that experience so when the next issue arose I went there first and they did fix that (hence 2 stars instead of 1).
So I don't recommend buying used from here, but if you must, you should learn from my mistake and INSIST on doing the test drive off of their small test track so you can hear and feel in a real world situation.

Reedman Toll has always been very accomodating, friendly, courteous. I once had a car that would stall and they worked extremely hard to find the reason. It was some rare computer problem that they were able to solve. No one else could find the problem. They will work hard to make sure you are satisfied with their service.
Who loves spending all that time at a dealership? Not me!! I basically texted my preferences including make model price range and color choice. Gave my info and showed up the next day to get my car. I have never had an easier experience than this one! Hands down, everyone was super helpful, kind and thorough when it came to me getting the new Subaru Crosstrek. They even gave my dog a chewbaru toy!!! I highly recommend this place :)
