I order a cord of wood Friday 10/24/25 had delive as seen in photo 1 photo 2 shows it stacked but I also got alot of junk wood an scrap the wood is also got alot of moisture which is making it hard to burn was told the wood was season as well very unhappy about the wood payed 270 for this wood thats not even season an really able to burn hoping to hear back an have something done
I ordered a cord of firewood and got about 3/4 of a cord and scraps, along with rotten (all pictured) wood. It was not a full cord. I sent the pictures and complaint and the response I got (instead of trying to rectify the situation) was “What we suggest is to put the scraps in a trash can and use it for Kindling.” Obviously. But, I thought I spent $270 for a cord firewood, not kindling. Very disappointed. I thought ordering from a reputable company I’d get quality product.
