Jan and his legal team are absolutely brilliant, caring, and downright hilarious. Words cannot express my gratitude for their support and the free therapy it came with when I was navigating a difficult legal battle. They fought ten toes down for me, going above and beyond to make sure that I understood what was happening, felt heard, protected, and was getting the outcome that I needed. By far the most professional legal team I've ever worked with. You don't get lost in the cracks like in a big firm, and they genuinely fight for you and your protection. Cannot recommend them enough.

Divorce is never easy. You are in shock and numb. When trying to figure out what's next. I started looking for an attorney. I spoke to a couple on the phone and first question asked...how much money do you have? ...But then I found We Care Legal. I was invited into the office to talk. I was treated as a person who was struggling, the entire process I was treated as a human not a dollar. When you meet with the team you don't feel like I'm sitting in a Dr waiting room. It's a warm environment and that's the time of the whole experience. Jan and his team, treat you with kindness and decency and are honest and up front. This team is not cookie cutter lawfirm, this firm is people caring for people and helping them. When needing an attorney, look for heart and family feeling, it's just as critical. We Care Legal Services is so much more than just legal services. I was put in a very impossible situation with the father of my 3 children and someone referred me to Jan Grossman. Making the first phone call was the most terrifying call I ever made where I had to call him on a 3 way with a friend and she spoke for me. With in the first few moments he said he will make me a priority and asked me to come in immediately to just talk. Jan’s office is not what you see in the movies lol but you learn to find it cozy and comforting.

Jan is calm, sensitive, patient and just when you feel comfortable he makes a wild joke that makes you let go of all fear and tension. Jan and his incredible staff have become more than just my legal services, they are my support system and they are always there for me in all my forms during my grueling legal process.

Jan told me from the beginning that he wanted to see me shine and take control of my life again and I know without him and his compassion, knowledge and guidance, I wouldn’t be who I am today. He understands me as a person as well as my complete situation where I trust him explicitly. I love Jan, Leslie, Kim and Juliana and think of them as family. I will always recommend them.

When I called We Care Legal Services, I was given a number to call. When I called the number ,I spoke with Robin Holmes.After explaining my issue at hand and giving her the information she needed to look into my problem. After receiving the paperwork about my issue, she had my problem resolved with in several days. She was very knowledgeable in the field in dealing with my problem. Since it was a legal matter. She took the time to explain it to me in layman terms,which made it easier to understand.
She went above and beyond to help me. I would recommend her services to anyone needing help. She helped me with an issue I had with a Will issue. She was kind,polite and wiiling to listen and help me with my issue.

Cramped office seemed disorganized. Office staff only friendly for free consult, after getting retainer seemed less interested in helping. Consult was with elderly male lawyer, got some information but not all of it turned out to be accurate. Tried using the younger female lawyer but that was worse. Seemed overpriced for what she did. She did get some results in court but the outcome was difficult because the wording was so vague it just led to more disputes. Since left and hired another lawyer. My opinion is office could benefit from better organization and communication skills.
