I was having chest pains called for an ambulance called 911 and they sent an AMR crew out The paramedic was a person named Ashly. She was very good confident and put me at ease had me hooked up and was knowledgeable and we were on our way to the hospital. Her partner was excellent too, but I didn’t forgot his name anyways Ashly and that is the two people that came with her or wonderful. I just want both a job well, done.

I was having a severe reaction to a bee sting. At 70 years old it was my first ever allergic reaction and I was scared. The two young ladies from AMR in Waterbury were very professional, comforting and capable. Thank you!

I went here for a child car seat installation. The officers were kind and helpful. I feel that my grandson will be much safer now. Thank you

I am a Veteran that relies on the Veteran's Administration for my Health Insurance requirements. I first used AMR in May 2018, for precautionary trip to the ER. The EMTs were great, and AMR billed the VA for the ambulance trip. The VA was slow in paying AMR, but AMR was patient. I used AMR for a similar none emergency trip in May 2019. AMR was very impatient to receive payment from the VA for that trip. Their billing department was extremely lack luster in dealing with the VA's payment system, which take months. I had to call the VA several times, because of AMR's billing department's unprofessional behavior. I will never use AMR again, unless in a dire emergency.

I had an unfortunate accident in which my hip was displaced. The facility had a broken elevator and narrow stairways. The two young men , Tony Sovia was one and his partner that night, were phenomenal. A horrible situation was approached with incredible care and concern. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment.
