Brought my car to Bill for repairs after an accident. Extensive damage to the front and rear, and more found after the tear-down. They feared insurance would total the car. Bill's Auto Body went above and beyond to keep the cost down to save my car. I picked up my car today and it looks brand new. High quality business.

I don't know if I would use Bill's again. After driving into a small metal pole, I searched google for a highly reviewed auto body shop. Bill's popped up, and so I called them to help tow my car to their shop and get a quote.
Bill's son arrived in the tow truck, and was super nice! The tow went smoothly and then after a day or so, I received a call from Bill about the cost. He told me it would be about 4K to repair everything, but that they could work with me to lower the cost if I were to pay in cash. I must admit it was extremely difficult to understand what he was saying, as he was pretty mumbled with words and slurred some things. And that did not make me too comfortable.
Because of the discount though, I agreed to let them do the job. I had to get a ride to their shop to sign some paperwork, and when I walked in Bill himself was sleeping in the office, unware of my presence. Which was honestly a little unsettling. Once he was finally woken by his partner, even in person he was very difficult to understand. I signed the paperwork and then left.
It took a little over a week for them to fix, which I appreciate. Once it was done, they called to let me know, however, I was upset when they ended up telling me that they couldn't do the discount for me - which was one of the reasons I agreed to work with them in the first place. I obliged and got a ride to their shop once again, and still it was just not easy to understand what Bill was saying. After settling up, I went to retrieve my car.
When I opened the drivers side door, the entire interior of the door, some of the seat, and the center console was covered in dirt, finger prints, and footprints. Spare change that I keep in my door was scattered all over the floor. I was disgusted.
Not wanting to have to deal with Bill again, I drove my car home and then proceeded to clean it thoroughly.
Despite doing a good repair job, I don't think I will be utilizing their services again, since everything else was not a great experience for me. They didn't even have the decency to make sure my car was returned to me in a similar cleanliness as when I left it...
I've been to Bill's Auto twice now and both times was extremely pleased with the work and prompt scheduling to do the jobs. Also, I want to mention how courteous and respectful Bill and his men were. Excellent work and great pricing. I highly recommend Bill's Auto for collision repairs, painting and mechanical work.
