They did not fix my car the first time I called to discuss it with them, I was told someone would call me back. That never happened so I brought it somewhere else where it was finally repaired the right way… disappointing experience..

My car died on the side of the road I had it towed to Botti and Lenners and they were very helpful and professional. Mike and Jack were able to diagnose the issue quickly and communicated with me throughout the process in regards to costs and other issues with my car not related to it not starting. This shop has been honest and beyond helpful throughout this stressful process. I would recommend them to anyone.
