We’ve used this company before for drilling a new well and installing a new water tank at our home in Woodbridge and their work has always been excellent. Today, on a Saturday, our pump breaker kept tripping, leaving us with no water. They arrived within 45 minutes, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had us back up and running in no time and a more than fair price. We are extremely grateful for their prompt, professional service and highly recommend them to anyone in need of well or pump work.

Last year I bought a home that was in total disrepair. After losing water pressure in the fall, I called Chucta (by recommendation). Within 24 hours the owner and a tech came out to New Milford to check my well & tank.

They quickly identified that a part of the control switch was corroded and after cleaning it off, the tank regained pressure.

In the end, they did not charge me for this visit. I appreciated that they respectfully answered all of my questions and took the time to walk me through their diagnostic process in case of future issues. Additionally, while the system is dated, they recommended that I keep the old tank instead of replacing it.

As a new, single female homeowner with an exhaustive list of projects, I really appreciated this kindess and honesty.

I have been a customer of this company since 2009. This afternoon, I had an electrical issue with my deep well, leaving me without water. Steve was able to prioritize his schedule and arrived within the hour. He diagnosed a tricky situation and had new equipment installed and running in only a few hours. Moreover then his professional skill, he took the time to talk with me and explain everything that happened, what caused the failure and how to prevent this in the future. In these days of automation, it is refreshing to call a company and have the phone answered but even more amazing to have such personal care applied to my situation.
