I received just what I needed: Good over the phone consultation and guidance. Later on that day I got great in person interaction and demonstration at the time of pickup of rental equipment. All personnel that I interacted with was kind and pleasant to deal with. It is so ironic how two and a half star rating business ended up to be simply the best and the kindest to help me in the time of need.
I was in a bind for a travel chair, CSS was awesome. I needed to renew my rental for 1 more month but was out of state and forgot but called a day late and they were gracious in not charging me more. Effortless process.
My CPAP died early on a Sunday morning. I called them around 930 am Monday. Teresa worked some magic and had a new machine approved and ready by 330 pm. The staff there are friendly and helpful. I'll keep buying from them. Highly recommended.
