I could not be happier with the custom exhaust they installed. Antae was great. I described what I was looking for and he knew exactly what I wanted and delivered above what I was expecting. I will definitely be bringing all my vehicles here for exhausts. The price for a custom welded exhaust system unique to my vehicle was the same, if not cheaper than buying a manufactured bolt on. He said one or two days, it was done the same day. I have no complaints whatsoever. I’ve even recommended my friends go here.

Fast and honest service. They know their stuff, they are organic with the customer as it pertains to repair options. Most mechanics are about getting your money by way of pressure and dishonest/unethical practices. Yet, Morrell has been one of the few businesses that let their quality of service dictate why you should consider this shop for future repair and/or vehicle maintenance needs.

Antae and the crew were phenomenal. They were able to fit me in for a full cat back exhaust on my work van with short notice. Looks and sounds great. Thank you guys!

I had a great experience here. I do not normally write reviews but felt this was very deserved. I have a 2019 Ford EcoSport. I heard a noise coming from under the driver’s seat and went to the dealership and was told I needed to replace the catalytic converter for $2600.
I looked on line for a muffler place in Waterbury and read the reviews and came to Morrell. From the moment I came in on a Friday afternoon, Antea greeted me and was very professional and personable. I showed him the dealer estimate and the video showing the issue. Before he even looked at the car he knew what the issue was.
They brought it in and lifted it up. He told me it was the flex pipe off the converter and not the converter. He said it could be replaced and welded for around $400.
So it was scheduled for the next Friday.
I went in and in less than a hour it was repaired for a total bill just under $300. He even showed me a flex pipe and explained again what was done.
I was very impressed and now have my car working normally.
Without hesitation, I would go back and see Antae when need be. We have 6 cars in our family and if there is a muffler issue in the future, Morrell is the only place I will take our cars. Thank you, Antae.
