Cynthia was amazing. I had already called another Walmart Service Center to look at my tire under the road hazard warranty. They said there was no available appointment until January 11th. I called the Waterbury Service Center, I was on hold for a bit but Cynthia accommodated my need ASAP. She heard me out, tried to come up with solutions and then just had me bring my car right over. Seeing how this happened a few days before Christmas and I am traveling out of state, she literally saved my Christmas! Thank you ❤️
We will not go to Waterbury Walmart for tire installation again. Appointment was at 2:00, and our two tires weren't installed or ready until 7:30pm. Garage workers were very slow and appeared to not know what they were doing. They couldn't explain why vehicles were sitting in the shop for hours with nothing being done. I was lucky to only have a 5.5 hour wait, others were waiting 6+ hours.
We do not recommend going here for service.
