NCE has been a lifesaver for us...literally! Being able to have my disabled husband cared for at home has protected us during the pandemic and kept him out of a group setting. We’ve had other providers and NCE has been the best ever - professional, caring and always willing to meet our needs. The staff is happy and the caregivers are the best. When Dad needed 24 hour care in his home, we had no idea how to find the right agency/caregiver let alone three great caregivers! How can we trust just anyone in Dad’s home? I liked what I heard about NCE Homecare so we scheduled a free in home consultation. We all felt very comfortable with Chaim and his wonderful team. We have three amazing caregivers who are very kind and helpful, and became like family members. The consistency is especially important with Dad's memory issues. The staff at NCE office calls in weekly to check how things were going and if there was anything else we need. The caregivers continue to go above and beyond and we are truly grateful. We don’t usually leave reviews, however we felt the least we can do as a family to say THANK YOU to the NCE family!
