A fascinating furniture and antique (and more) location in Kent, CT. Their showroom has an amazing college of unique items - outdoor sculptures, tables, chairs and more that will make a statement in your home. Worth going to see the wide range of options, not to mention the custom work they can do. If you are redecorating or building a new home, make the trip.
One can get completely lost in RT Facts - in the best way! The vast showroom has almost more than you can see in one visit - and on every visit (go often) there is something fresh and distinctive added to the studio. From antique garden benches and containers to contemporary gesso chandeliers designed by the in-house team, Natalie and Greg set their design store apart with their own brand of quirky chic. Artfully curated and displayed, the eclectic furniture, lighting and home accessories are arranged to feel like an antique salon or a cabinet of curiosities. RT Facts is the secret you need to make your home and garden look like got first pick of every estate sale and fabulous flea market ('cuz they really did)!!
R. T. Facts in Kent curates a truly unique collection of anything you might consider art. You’ll find most anything you can imagine, and even things you couldn’t imagine, in this expansive 8,000 square foot barn space. They have things like nowhere else in the world. You’ll find pieces from all over the world, from different time periods, and from different medium. Most of their items emphasize either ‘found’ or ‘designed.’ Some of the things that caught my eye: a 19th Century continental library ladder, a handmade birch bark canoe, a 19th Century Chinese cast iron tub, a fully reconstructed cow skeleton painted in all white, a 19th Century carved wood life-size track horse display, an antique rosato marble bathtub, and a monumental carved wood clock sculpture. It’s definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area. Even if you have no intention of buying anything, you can marvel at their collection of artifacts.
