Adjust Health Center

I recently visited Adjust Health Center for an introductory session for red light therapy sessions. I have some stubborn weight around my midsection and heard great things about red light therapy and this office.

Parking: The office is easy to find and directions are clear on Google maps. Lots of parking available.

Staff: 10/ 10! I was immediately greeted when I walked in. I remember it was raining the day I went in and they offered me some hot tea, which was pretty sweet. Staff was exceptionally friendly and very knowledgeable.

Red Light: I met with Susan who told me all about red light and how it would positively impact my body and help me reach my goals. She seemed really engaged And I felt really supported with regards to my current diet (And the changes I needed to make), the level of inflammation in my body and my weight loss goals. She knew her stuff. Next, she put me on the “pod”. I had never experienced anything like this. It feels like you are being enveloped by a safe, warm, relaxing therapy. I did not use the goggles, since I had read that red light therapy can help improve vision. The session lasted about 15 minutes. Afterwards, Susan met with me again and we developed a plan of action together. I’m super excited!!

Additional info: the office is super nice. Sort of bougie, I’d say. There were a lot of people there the day I was there. This seems to be the place to go if you want red light therapy. The office is really clean. The red light Room was very comfortable and everything was clean/sanitized.

I’m super excited to embark on this journey and I feel like this office really cares. I’ve already referred four of my friends. If you’re looking for weight loss, anti-inflammatory benefits or just overall recovery from your workouts, this is the place to be.

Highly recommend Dr.Jason! This is the absolute best place to go. You feel like family every time you walk through the door. The front desk staff are so so kind and wonderful. We started almost a year ago now for my 4 year old son with constipation which immediately improved and just last night we had our appointment easily changed because our son started having ear pain. The whole ride down in the car he was in a lot of discomfort, Dr.Jason worked his magic and our son didn’t complain about his ear since…AMAZING! We are so happy to find Adjust Health Center for our son as he grows.

Overall the expernace was great however the pricing is very expansive! I did a trial for 79 dollars so to be told to continue would be approx 1600 for 1 month up to 5000 for approx 3 months was a tough pill to swallow. It felt very pushed as well. I do truly believe in the benifits of red light therapy but as of right now for me I cannot afford something that cost close to my mortgage for a one month treatment. Thats on me I guess. Over all the spa was clean run very smoothly and the treatment was wonderful. I also found it odd to be pushing care credit for these sorts of treatments as I have care credit but only used if I need help with necessities vet bills, Dr visits. I didnt appreciate the push and the we have a one time deal today now aspect. With that being said if the high price doesn't scare you I would suggest!

My experience with Adjust Health Center, Dr. Jason and his staff has been exceptional. The facility is beautiful and his staff are very welcoming and informative. They walked me through the red light therapy and in my first session I lost 2.5 inches. Dr. Jason truly cares about his Patients and making the world a healthier place. I’ve felt great using the red light and vibration therapy for the last few weeks. Thanks Doc!

The introductory session was very thorough and informative. I appreciated the time that was allocated to identify my biometric values and the therapy that best fit my needs. I did not like the artificial urgency of having to sign up for a 3-month plan on the same day in order to receive the promotional value.
