The staff at AEA are very friendly and professional. Setting up an appointment was easy with convenient availability. Dr. Gaeta was very thorough in her diagnosis. The eye issue, with the prescribed medicine, healed quickly. The follow up for a vision exam was also convenient. Thanks AEA !!

My husband & I had our annual checkups today. Due to an error on the part of my insurance company, my spouse did not show as having coverage. The staff at Advanced Eyecare quickly brought this to my attention, recommended that I contact my provider, & charged us accordingly. When we got home, I called my insurance company who admitted their error & promptly corrected their records. When I phoned Advanced for the credit we were due, I left a message & didn't expect a reply for several days. I was shocked when I received notice that our account has already been adjusted (same day!) ☆☆☆☆☆ Five Stars to the staff for bringing the coverage issue to my attention "in advance" of providing service, & ☆☆☆☆☆ Five Stars for their exceedingly prompt resolution of our billing issue!

Min wait time. Testing orderly nice Techs Dr Kaspar very patient and through answering questions and explaining future steps. Felt confident about the care I received and could look forward to in the future.

I can’t say enough about this practice. Having some mobility issues, the staff at this office is beyond compassionate and kind. They make my visit one that could, otherwise, be much more difficult. Over the years, I have been seen by all the doctors…each one of them is outstanding. I highly recommend Advanced Eyecare Associates in Succasunna!
