Advocare Birchwood Pediatrics

We’ve been going to Advocare Birchwood for almost 3 years and absolutely love it. The entire staff is so kind and knowledgeable and I never have an issue getting a same day sick day appointment. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a pediatrician!

I’ll try to keep this brief, but it’s hard to do that when you have such an amazing experience. My children are patients here and I’ve always had a great experience with the office employees, nurses, and Dr. Ullrich.

Yesterday I had the scariest experience a new mom could have. My mom tripped while holding my 6 month old daughter and she bumped her head on a table. I was a WRECK since she formed a nasty lump and was crying hysterically. I called the office when it happened at 4:00 in a panic to see if I could get in with no answer (which was very not like this office). Living just minutes away, I drove there ready to go to the hospital if I couldn’t get in. I went to the door and it was locked. As I was putting my daughter’s car seat back in the car. A woman from her car called out across the parking lot to see if I needed help. That was when I met Dr. Jen. She explained the office closed early so she could take her team out to dinner but she insisted we come in so she could evaluate my daughter. Not only did she open the office for me, quickly and compassionately assess my daughter, but she explained everything to me in a way that calmed me down. Luckily my daughter was ok. She also personally texted me later that evening to check in on her. Her and her staff were absolute angels. I can’t say enough positive things about this practice or the level of care I have received. Thank you so much to this amazing office!!!

Birchwood is by far the best pediatric Care office! My son has seen multiple doctors at multiple offices and none compare. I’ve trusted previous doctors with my son’s care but never fully and often questioned their practices. Until Dr. Jen, I just assumed that was normal or regular “over worrying mom”.. it’s actually not! She is compassionate, relatable, actively listens (and not just to the parents, she puts weight in children’s thoughts as well. She makes sure you both feel heard and taken seriously. She’s dedicated and passionate, honest, incredibly knowledgeable. She asks questions, and explains the answers so both parents and the kids understand. I’ve never seen a doctor care about her patients (as well as their entire family) as she does. She’s a blessing you’d be lucky to have if you go to Birchwood! The Front desk and MA’s are all also wonderful, constantly going above and beyond. They go out of their way to help, actively build true and lasting bonds with the families, and are with you from start to finish.

There aren’t enough stars to express how unbelievably amazing this practice is. Dr. Jen is an alien. Her attention to detail, sincerity, and genuine concern for both our children's health and our comfort as parents are unparalleled. They will spend as much time as you need, educating you as a parent and listening to your feedback. There isn’t a medical professional we trust more than Dr. Jen.

I highly recommend Advocare Birchwood Pediatrics! The level of care my children receive there is truly exceptional. The entire staff, from the front desk to the medical assistants and the pediatricians themselves, are professional, compassionate, and make our family feel comfortable every visit. They make it a seamless process to be seen for same day sick visits. We couldn’t be happier with the care they provide our 3 kids.
