I’m working with Andrea Homecare Group more than year. I love my clients, office workers are very nice. Kathy and Katherine are very sweet people. Sandra is a Ukrainian girl very helpful and nice, she always answers the phone, and answers my questions very quickly and clearly.
Helen runs the BEST home aid service I have ever seen. All her staff is incredible, she gets back to you fast, and she makes things happen quickly. Because of her, I don't have to worry near as much about my parents, and I live 800 miles away. FIVE STARS.
After interview a couple of different agencies, we selected Avita Home Care to provide in-home care for my father. Though I live thousands of miles away, I rest comfortably knowing he is being well cared for. My father can be quite difficult at times, but he's very pleased with his caregivers. The communication is great. The staff both in-home and in-office are very helpful. I would highly recommend this agency.
The staff at this agency is very professional and caring. The aides that have worked with my mother were very hardworking and caring. They treated her like she was their own family member. I will always be grateful for that.There are a lot of agencies that should not be in business and I have had a lot of experience with them. A Better home care is the best agency I have utilized for my mothers care and I would not use anyone else! I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for high quality home health care!!
