    I had the best experience buying a vehicle from AutoBay! I was nervous coming from out of state and buying the car with only videos and a facetime walk through, but Scotti made the process so easy and answered all of my questions quickly. He truly went above and beyond. This experience was a wonderful departure from the usual turn-and-burn large dealership. These folks care about the cars they sell as well as the people who buy them, and it shows.

    I had a fantastic experience working with my car salesman. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and walked me through several great options without any pressure.

    They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The transparency on pricing and financing was especially appreciated. I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire experience.

    Everyone was extremely friendly and personable. My wife and I were taken on a tour of the facility by the owner, and we were treated very kindly, and despite our age, we weren't treated as if we couldn't afford the car that we were inquiring about. Unfortunately, the first vehicle that we came there to check out, was pending sale, but the other vehicle we were interested in, we took. Would absolutely recommend these guys to a friend. Amazing customer service. 👌

    Had terrible experiences at several other dealerships (one I left a review on) and expected more of the same here. I was sorely mistaken.
    Simon greeted me as soon as I walked into the door. He answered all of my questions, let me test drive the vehicle and didn’t push or pressure me whatsoever. Simon worked hard to get me out of there with a solid deal. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I can’t say nicer things about this dealership and their staff. Amazing cars at amazing prices. 10/10 experience. Also, I’ve had the vehicle almost 3 months and have had absolute zero issues.
